Once you’ve booked flights, you will be emailed an itinerary. The itinerary includes a Mix & Match Travel booking reference and an airline reference.

Quote your booking reference when contacting the team at Mix & Match Travel, either via help@mixandmatch.com.au or by calling 1800 719 668.
You will find this on the top left-hand side of your itinerary.
Airline reference.
When directly contacting the airline you are flying with, please quote the airline reference.
You will find this under the Flight number of each flight on the left-hand side of your itinerary.
