Why is a booking I made a few moments ago now not available after I've entered my payment details?
Because airlines are presenting the same availability to many customers as they search online, these can occasionally change between displaying the flights and confirming the booking. We rely on airlines providing us with the most up to date availability but on the rare occasion that this gets out of sync we will return a message advising the flight is no longer available and ask you to search again.
Airlines should update their availability right away but if the same flight shows please select another option.
Unless you receive the Confirmation screen message and booking reference we have not taken any money from you.
Why has the fare increased for the same flight since I last searched?
Because we are using a real-time reservation database, availability can change between the time a search is performed and a ticket is reserved or purchased. Tickets are constantly being sold around the world, so a flight may become fully sold out only seconds after your search.
