Always let us know if you need special assistance with your flights so we can add notes to your booking.
Please be sure to include as much information as you can. If you're booking for multiple people, make sure to advise which traveller the Special Assistance is for.
At the time of booking, add your request to the 'Additional Comments' field on the' Traveller Details' page. Our team will add this your booking.
After booking: If you've already booked with us, send us an email to help@mixandmatch.com.au with your booking reference number and the details of the assistance required. Our team will confirm by email they have added this for you.
For customers needing Wheelchair Assistance, we'll also need to know if the passenger is able to walk to/from the aircraft door to their allocated seat. Please advise which of the following applies
- If a passenger is unable to walk long distances but can use stairs and walk to their seat on the aircraft.
- If a passenger is unable to walk long distances or use stairs but can walk to their seat on the aircraft.
- If a passenger may require a manual upper body lift or the use of an onboard aisle chair, to get to or from their seat on the aircraft.
* It's important to note that on some codeshare flights, special requests need to be made directly with the airline. Our team will advise if this is the case.
